✨ What is Reflexology? Reflexology is a complementary therapy involving the treatment of a wide range of conditions by applying gentle massage with the fingertips and thumbs to the feet or hands. All of our organs and aspects of our bodies manifest as reflexes (or points) in our feet and hands. By applying specific massage techniques to these reflexes, I am able to provide treatments for a wide range of presenting conditions. These include (but not limited to); relaxation, improving mood, reducing stress and anxiety, reducing tension, helping with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, aches and pains, also symptoms of menstruation, perimenopause and menopause. ✨ What's unique about the Reflexology I offer? As part of your initial consultation I gather details about your health, holistically. I then tailor each individual treatment to focus on your top presenting conditions where I can help you the most. Through multiple sessions, we monitor the effect of treatments on your conditions. ✨ What is this Mobile Service and what do you need to provide? I offer a mobile service. I travel to your home and provide the service in your home, for over 18s only. - Please ensure you have a quiet private room, which is undisturbed. - No other adults, pets or children in the room. - Space required for the Reflexology chair and stool is approx. 3m by 2.5m. - There is parking with easy access to your home.
